I am only teaching Private Groups this year and am booked solid until October! Thank you all for your interest. It is time to start planning your Holiday parties! Private Parties, Group Classes and Team Building Classes

Make sure to get a spot for your group class throughout the year. This is a great way to spend the day or an evening with friends--good food, camaraderie and great fun--need we say more? Prices range from $60-$95 per person (minimum of 8 students). Classes and menus are customized for each group. Pricing varies for smaller classes (starting at $100 per person for groups smaller than 8 students). For more details, contact Sandra at: alfabase@aol.com

Registration and Policies

For my classes in Cary

  

  

Registration:

Classes are either demonstration-style or hands-on and will run between 2 ½ to 3 hours. Recipes will be sampled during class. Recipe packages are included. All classes are $95 per person, with a maximum of 10 students; minimum of 8 students. Group classes available upon request; please contact Sandra at Alfabase@aol.com . No alcoholic beverages served. To register: All classes must be paid for in full at time of booking by check or cash. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, when your payment is received. You may contact the instructor to find out if a class is full before sending your check. Groups must pay for the class in full at the same time (all checks in one mailing). In order to confirm your spot in class you must pay for it at least 2 weeks in advance. If you wish to be contacted by e-mail please send me an e-mailwith the subject: “Class in Cary” and provide me with your e-mail address and you will be added to my class newsletter’s list. Once on this list, you will receive notification when classes are sold out and on future classes. Please include your phone number and class title with your e-mail.

 

Cancellation Policy: Prior to 1 week of the class date you may choose a full refund, credit for a future class or you may switch to another class, subject to available space.  I cannot issue refunds or credits for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of a class. I am unable to issue refunds after this period, regardless of the type of change unless it is due to a class being canceled. You are welcome to send someone else in your place. My policy is consistent with other cooking classes throughout the country. I reserve the right to cancel any class in the event of inclement weather, insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond my control (such as illness). In this case all students will receive a full refund. Due to insurance regulations, I cannot allow food to leave my kitchen, so the food is yours to sample during the class only. Prices do NOT include travel, lodging or meals. Prices solely reflect cost of cooking class. By registering to a class you agree to indemnify me from any liability that arises from anything having to do with my class, including personal injury or illness.

 

Gift Certificates are valid for one year after the day of purchase only.
